Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use builderization.com or work with Builderization on a project or support plan. "We", "us" and "Builderization" mean the Builderization agency. By accepting a proposal you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
01Projects
Every project — websites, SaaS products and web apps, mobile apps, AI agents, automation systems and design work — starts only after you accept a written proposal that states the scope, price, timeline and what "done" means. Changes to the scope are quoted before they are made.
Unless the proposal says otherwise, 50% is due to start and 50% on handover. Larger projects may be split into phases, each with its own price and payment.
02Support plans
After launch you can keep us on a monthly support plan for hosting, monitoring, fixes and improvements. The plan's scope and price are stated in writing; plans are billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled with notice before the next billing period.
03Ownership
Once a project is paid in full, the code, designs, workflows, prompts and documentation we deliver are yours, on accounts you control. Third-party software stays under its own licence, and our general tools, templates and know-how remain ours.
04Running costs
Hosting, domains, app-store fees, tools and AI/API usage are paid by you directly to those providers, on accounts you own. We estimate them before we start but do not control provider prices.
05What you are responsible for
- Your business itself: your products, pricing, marketing, customers and results.
- The content and data you send us, and having the rights to use them.
- Your own legal, tax, licensing and regulatory obligations.
- Your accounts with third parties — for example hosting, AI providers and payment processors — and paying them directly.
- Using what we build lawfully. We may stop work or services used for spam, fraud, illegal content or anything that breaks a provider's rules.
06No guarantee of business results
We build and operate technology. We do not promise or guarantee any revenue, traffic, savings or business results. Examples on this website describe what we build, not what you will earn.
07Confidentiality
We keep your business information confidential and use it only to deliver your project. We will sign a non-disclosure agreement on request.
08Refunds
Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.
09Availability and liability
We take care to keep the systems we run online and backed up, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not responsible for outages or changes at third-party providers. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
10Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and material changes will be emailed to active clients. Questions: admin@builderization.com.
